1) How can I get articles from journals not subscribed by the Library?

Usually, when you search for any journal article through our online databases and suddenly the database asks you to pay for full text or provide abstract only, it means Library doesn’t subscribe to that specific article/journal. Therefore, you can apply to us for the full text by filling this online form: http://tiny.cc/34jjez

Next, we will try to search for the article in free Open Access platforms or request to other Public Malaysian Universities or buy the article directly from publisher.

2) Do I have to pay for this service?

No, this service is provided exclusively for you without any charge.
